Clear policies so you can book with confidence and enjoy a safe day on Charleston’s waters.
We prioritize safety and monitor weather conditions closely. If unsafe conditions (e.g., severe storms, high winds) are forecasted, we may cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion, with no penalty to you.
We’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible. For marginal weather, we’ll consult with you to make a joint decision.
Please know that weather in Charleston is unpredictable, and forecasts, even a few hours in advance, can be inaccurate. In the event of sudden, unforeseen pop-up thunderstorms or other weather conditions deemed unsafe by the Captain after the charter has begun, the Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter or, if possible, seek shelter at a local on-the-water restaurant to determine if the storm will pass within 30 minutes.
If the charter is terminated early, a time credit equivalent to the unused portion of the charter will be offered for a future booking. The choice of time credit is subject to the Captain’s discretion and operational considerations. Partial hours will be prorated accordingly.
Please contact us to discuss rescheduling.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip without refund, as we must adhere to our schedule.
No-shows will forfeit the full booking amount unless prior arrangements are made.
All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions and safety briefings. Life jackets are provided for adults and children.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe or disruptive.
We’re committed to making your experience safe and enjoyable. For full terms or specific concerns, contact us directly.
